At Southside Waterjet, we value honest feedback from our clients and believe reviews should provide an accurate reflection of the experience we deliver.

GENUINE REVIEWS  

We ask that reviews are based on genuine first hand experience of working with Southside Waterjet.

MODERATION

We do not remove reviews simply because they are critical. Reviews may only be moderated or removed where they: contain offensive or abusive language; include false or misleading information; are suspected to be fraudulent or not based on a genuine experience; contain confidential or personal information; or breach applicable laws.

TRANSPARENCY

We do not publish fake reviews or alter customer feedback. If we ever invite customers to leave a review following completion of a project, this will never influence the content of the review.
